Responsibilities include selection and supervision of site contractors and subcontractors working on various phases of the project to ensure that standards of building performance, quality, cost schedules and safety are maintained, overseeing the review of cost estimates and the documentation for contract bids, ensuring that all required building regulations, standards and by-laws are enforced in building operations.
